You dont need hood pins for aftermarket hoods. I have a RAM air hood on my 07 and love it. Second choice was a cowl(close second)

I vote for the Trufiber, 2nd choose would be the Cervini's. I have one of their hoods and didn't require hood pins, although I want them.

I have the trufiber venom II hood on my gt. Its the ram air KR style hood. Its beautiful and fits perfect. Does NOT look aftermarket even a little. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. You do not need hoodpins on a fiberglass hood. It is very solid. Checkout the pic

TF 3" Cowl. Could've gotten the Saleen hood free (insurance gave $1300 for hood) but I went with TruFiber and could not be happier.

I've had both types of Cervini's hoods, cowl and ram air, and definitely think the cowl takes the cake.
