Lankers

This morning when I started my car, it ran normally for about half a second. Suddenly the car started missing terribly. I went cylinder to cylinder unhooking the fuel injectors to try to determine which ones weren't hitting and the whole passenger bank is dead. Anyone have any ideas? I've had a lifter tapping for quite some time on the passenger side (was planning on having it fixed next week). Any chance that may have caused it? It still starts, but runs like @$$

Edit: I'm not getting any error codes either.
