New to the forum, but not new to Fords. Just picked up a 2010 GT and it's a great vehicle. I did a search on Siruis ESN and received what the owners manual stated, press AUX and preset #1 at the same time in the satellite mode to see the ESN number on the radio display. I've tried this several times without success. I also called Sirius and they provided the same directions. Any suggestions?
I tried AJ 68's suggestion and still no luck, but I did come up with the way to get the ESN. The owner's manual says to press the the AUX and #1 preset buttons at the same time while in the Sirius mode to get the ESN, but I found by pressing the Siriusand #1 preset buttons at the same time while in the Sirius mode the ESN displays on the screen.
I can't seem to retreive my ESN either.. I tried the instruction in the booklet and the above?? I have a 2012 model.
Here are the instructions in case for receiving the ESN:
For vehicles equipped with the in-dash navigation system:
- Press the "i" button on the navigation screen.
- Select "System Info" and "SIRIUS" from the menu.
- The SIRIUS Radio ESN and Travel Link ESN will display on the navigation screen.
For vehicles without the in-dash navigation system:
- Press the "SIRIUS" and the #1 pre-set buttons on the radio simultaneously and release.
- The SIRIUS Radio ESN will display on the radio message center.

Not the AUX button and the #1...
Thanks for letting me know about the booklet. Have a good weekend, everyone!

I got my 2013 Mustang yesterday. I tried to get the ESN using everything suggested, but nothing works. If I have a Sirius button, doesn't that mean I can get a subscription to Sirius?

No. Having the button does not mean you have the sirius installed. The v6 basic has the button but no sirius installed. BTW, I'm still trying to find out if it is sirius ready. I have multiple subscriptions and would like to transfer one to the mustang. I would like to have sirius control from the oem radio head. So far, it appears that I will need to install the iSimple.
If anyone knows of another solution, please advise.
