A couple of weeks ago, we had a party here at my house. An uncle of mine who I hadn't seen in a long time saw my Mustang sitting outside and said "I work at an upholstery shop, if I would've known you had a Mustang I'd bring you some leather take offs that customers leave behind. I just sold a set a few weeks ago. If I happen to get a new customer anytime soon, I'll let you have the leather take offs." Well, two weeks later, I just came in from work a few minutes ago and my dad called me over. He had a grin on his face and just said "look," pointing with his eyes. Not only did I see leather take offs, but Shelby ones at that! I'm so geeked right now! I'm gonna have to hook up my uncle with several cases of beer LOL . Anyway, enough of my babbling and on to what you fellas are surely here to see !

That's awesome! Personally I couldn't install them because of the "snake" emblem but let that rain on your parade! That's GREAT news!!!! Congrats man!

Thank you! Yeah, I know what you mean about the cobra emblem, but oh well. It's mainly my girlfriend and I who ride in the car, so no one will really notice it.

Nice score. Please tell us your installing them yourself? Katzskyn has a video on youtube showing how to do it.......very simple, I just did mine. Your gonna love that new leather.

808muscle I was just watching that video last night. Seems very straightforward, but I don't have some of the tools required. My uncle said he'll gladly install them free of charge. I may just go that route instead so I can give him a tip for the leathers.

If your uncle is gonna install them for free them well thats a no brainer. You owe him big time now. Even for the pros thats a 4 to 5 hour job.
