Doesn't it just make your day when someone compliments your ride?
Tonight, even though I think I may have a small exhaust leak somewhere, I got 2 comments on my car in about 3 hours' time. The first time I was pulling into the library and a guy was getting into his car in the spot next to mine. I pulled in and noticed that he wasn't getting into his car. I turned it off and started to get out and he asked the inevitable question, "What do you have done to that thing? It sounds mean!" I gave him a quick rundown and he told me again that it sounded really sick and I thanked him.
The second time I left the library and went to walmart to get some groceries. As soon as I pulled in and got out of the car, a guy walking past said, "That's a f*cking badass car man. It sounds sick as hell!" I thanked him and smiled and got my groceries. Yes, my stang is a grocery getter lol.
Anyway, doesn't it just make you grin, at least on the inside, when people are admiring your ride?

Hell I used to get a lot of compliments when I had nothing but the stock v6 PP exterior. I had a 10 min conversation at a gas station in the middle of winter with a guy about daily driving the Stang year round.

I can't afford to do that haha. I have put about 30 miles on this tank and have already used up 1/4 tank. Talk about sucking gas.
