what you mean they leak water into the car from rain?
ffs where do i look for that?
do i need to check the hood with a hosepipe?
are the soft tops reliable keeping the rain out?
ffs i'm nervous buying this car..never owned a real in me life...at 48 i now have the chance(we were left a small forutune in me wifes dads will)

Mine comes down the passenger A-line pillar in a thin stream, if the sun, moon, stars, clouds and rain align correctly, oh and gravitational pull. I am lucky to not have any SJB problems but it didn't happen enough for me to worry, though I park in a garage now.
The black and red is nice, but it is normal for our "leather" seats to form cracks. Not rips but it will have lines and wrinkles in it and it tends to get dirty so it looks even worse. It's even worse with red since the dye sometimes does not want to stay... so be careful what you use to clean it with.
Another thing that comes to mind is that if you like to listen to anything, such as mp3 player, your phone, etc, only 2007+ have an aux in jack. Otherwise you will have to mod or put in a new system.
Again, it's your choice if you want an auto or manual. You'll be driving it, not us.
P.S. it's hard to tell if there is a water leak without it actually being wet. If you do smell dampness, moldiness, etc, then it's probably a sign it does leak.

anyway to repair the leather dudes?
do these motors use hydraulic valve adjustment?
is the cam driven by chains?
is the hydraulic clutch heavy?
are the gearboxes reliable? problem is every ford i have ever owned has been nothing but trouble..that was back in the 90's though..ford sierra was a nightmare to own..
cheers ole phucker
