Default Another battery tender question...(sorry)

Hello everyone!

So my Stang is already in storage and has been for the past few weeks and all that is left is to install/attach the battery tender.

I bought the battery tender plus and after reading the instructions I was quickly overwhelmed...

I'm a noob when it comes to batteries, I have read that it is a pain to remove the battery.

I'm just wondering how I attach the Tender and leave it in all winter.
Sorry for the question I know it gets asked a lot and there is 100 different ways from 100 different people... but I cant seems to find help with the battery tender plus for 05-09 mustang's

I would like to keep the battery in the car if possible can anyone help?

We all gotta start somewhere:-)

Taking the battery out of the car is not necessary.

Just put the red clamp of the battery tender on the positive terminal of the battery(the one with the plus sign).

Put the black clamp of the battery tender on the negative terminal of the battery (the one with the minus sign).

Plug the battery tender into the wall socket.

You're done.

What bigstick said.

I used to store both Stangs when I lived up north and I never removed the battery before attaching the Tender. And I use both battery tenders on my boat deep cycle batteries all the time as well as on the tractor and never remove or disconnect a battery.

I also have always used the Tenders with the battery still on the car. Never had any problems.

Just make sure to never start the car with the Battery Tender plugged in hot...
