Just curious..
- Who is still running a stock bottom end with a SC?
- What boost are you running?
- Do you drive like you stole it or like an old fart?

Stock bottom. 10-11psi. I do the occasional spirited driving. Going with a Brenspeed B326 or maybe this in the future...

Power is addicting. I want more horses.

I have a stock bottom end
9.5 psi
And I do take my car to the track but there are things I don't do and make sure of it. Like no kick downs when im on the highway and if im running the car hard I will leave the OD button off as well as the TC system
I do have plans for a 302 as I was going to do that this winter but some other things came up

200+ passes at the strip with a stock bottom end, no issues whatsoever, even won another trophy this past weekend. 5-6 lbs of boost. I dont drive it like a retard on the roads, ie no hard kickdowns. TC off everytime I drive it. When they say built Ford tough it seems to apply to my car. No leaks, no nothing, just a super consistant awesome car.

I was at 467RWHP for 2 years and then at 11PSI with 502RWHP for over a year, no problems what-so-ever. And I got it to full boost at least once a day during the week and as much on the weekends as possible, so 3 years on the Whipple.
Then I let RET push it with the turbos (20+psi) before pulling the motor... the results with the oil pan pulled after all that abuse:
kinda looks alot like a well maintained non FI motor.

For me.....538 WHP for last 4 1/2 years with totally stock bottom end. Whipple-HO, 11 PSI, 94 Octane, Great Steeda Dyno Tune, Shifting at 6200rpm's, and no bouncing off rev limiter..lol. Don't beat on it, but it certainly get's it's fair share of spirited runs, if you know what I mean ..lol. Ended up with 120,000 Km's on the clock and now just having a Brenspeed B326 (5.3L) Stroker with FRPP CNC Ported Heads etc etc installed to freshen things up. Look'n for some good WHP !!
