^I don't know if that was a typo or not, but you have 3.55's, not 2.55's.

I came from a 4.0... took me almost a year to get used to the 5.0.. Its a big difference to say the least

They are very different with regard to feel. My 07 fit me like a glove, and the 5.0 felt completely foreign to me. You wouldnt think the body style would be that different.. but it's an absolutely different car. Of note, the car "feels" sedated at low RPMs.. but that's just how it feels. It also feels like a Cadillac at 120 Seat of the pants can be very deceiving.. For example, my brother had a Miata.. and youd swear the car was fast.. it just felt fast. The new mustangs are at the top of my threshold for sedated.. I want to feel the car, otherwise I would have gone with a BMW. A few tweaks here and there, though, and you can be one with the car... but the 05-09's felt like that from the factory.

All of this is why I'm still in the market. Otherwise I'd go the cheap route and just trade for an automatic 05-10.

Ever since I lowered my car, EVERYTHING (even mom's vette) feels like a Caddy, so I definitely expected the 5.0 to feel no different. No matter, one of the first things I'll do is drop it and add Forgestar F14s after tune and intake and exhaust. That'll get it up to par with the ride and sounds of my current ride haha

To Dr. Gonzo who stated that he rather take used w/ leather than new w/ cloth, I completely agree.

The Coyotes are indeed rather sedate at lower RPMs, disappointingly so, but a tune will completely change that, even the FRPP ProCal if you're concerned about warranty. After a tune, that 5.0 is pretty much a beast at all RPMs, not just above 3000.

I recently purchased a 2013 GT (base) Fastlane Motorsports Stage 1, love it.

wait till you see the 2015 specs, shouldn't be too far away from now. it's gonna be a hit or miss, but according to their sales forecasts, ford is betting on a hit

If you can be happy with a 2012, I had to buy a '14, and live near-ish Daytona Beach then go by Gary Yeomans Ford. They had like 20 2012's in GT Premium, RS1, and RS2 styling. I wanted to pick up an RS2 but they didn't want to come off the discounted price more and a Roush doesn't impress me all that much.
