Im getting ready to get my first mustang. Im currently looking at a 04 mustang and a 06 both convertible. Which one would better fit a tall 6'6 guy ? Which one is better over all ? Thanks guys!

It probably depends on how much you like bugs on your forehead...

You need to test drive both to make that call.

I'm 6'4" and fit very well in my 03 and 12 convertibles. Doesn't even blow my cap off.

Ya mustangs got great comfort for people in the front seats. The back on the other hand.... Well they are not really seats they just give the illusion of seats.

Everyone is different and prefers different things. Sit in both and drive them. That is the only way to know for sure. With that being said I think both have enough room for a person as tall as you. My 6'8" uncle fit well in my '02 and '12. The seats in the newer stang will be better bolstered and more comfortable than in the older one.

6'3" here and plenty of room in the 05+ 'vert. However...the 97 vert is just a tad tight on the legs. Not uncomfortable except maybe a long road trip.

I had a 2000 and now an 05. The 05+ body style mustangs feel much bigger inside. I'm 6'3

I'm only 6'3" and my 06 is a perfect fit. I would test drive a 05-09 just to be sure.
