Rear, or Quarter Window Louvers?
hello. i have just recently come across "louvers" and i was wondering what are the perspectives of other people. i personally like just the quarter window ones. but if anyone has any other suggestions. PLEASE!! help me out. i think they make the mustang look more "bad ***".

Rear glass louvers belong on 80's era IROCs and Joe Dirt's car. Stay away from those.
IMO, quarter's look good on black cars and maaaaaybe white ones. For me, I think they add to much of one color to a large section of the car. I bought roush louvers for mine, test fitted them and then sold them the next day. Hated the look. I still like the roush louvers the best of all available styles unless you have side scoops behind the doors. In that case, I like the Elanor style louvers.
Just my 2 cents.....

I have both. The quarter window louvers simply give the car attitude; nothing else.
The rear window louvers, at least on my Stang, keep the cabin cooler than without. I originally installed it because I was making long distance trips every 2 weeks and my big, black dog was NOT happy in the back seat with the sun beating on her. I had the louvers painted to match. To be totally honest, I'm not crazy about the rear window louver but it doesn't look that bad. My only other complaint was that it took some work to get them to stop clacking and buzzing at speeds over 100 MPH.
