Chrome CCFL Halo headlights from AmericanMuscle.com

Been thinking of ordering them but I have heard a lot of horror stories about aftermarket headlights not working properly, or the low beams are too low and the high beams are like low beams, etc...
If I get them installed at a professional shop, should it be hassle-free and a good experience? I know AM is a great company and I order all my stuff from them, but I'm feeling wary after some of the reviews I have seen.

I got some and sent them back, they were the smoked lenses but still the same ones your wanting, they worked fine if you wanted the road lit up for the first ten feet, they are non adjustable even though they have the ***** to do so, AM is working on finding me a set that will adjust but I just don't think they will because all of them are like that, it's a design flaw. We'll see, I would stay away from them if I were you.

What headlights would you recommend? Americanmuscle.com mostly has that style and smoked versions...or do you prefer the stock lights? I'm starting to think stock lights are best for me after reading many reviews.

I've done aftermarket headlights before. Heck, I've even done aftermarket OEM clones too. My advice, stick with OEM. For whatever reason, every mustang one I've dealt with, they just don't work well. And if you're going to pay someone to install them or aim them, you're best off going to a dealership. I paid a shop that's done plenty of work for me in the past on various vehicles, etc... that I trust. In the end I learned how to aim lights because I was unhappy with their job. At least at the stealership you can complain and they will find another tech who might get it right.
