I am also having this issue with my 2013 V6 6R80 auto with 9,100 miles.
Same sound as several youtube videos at the same 800 - 1100 RPM range only after it sits for 1-2 hours after previously being fully warmed up. Once the engine is fully warmed up again, the sound is gone.
I removed the serpentine belt and the issue remains so it can't be the serpentine belt, tensioner, water pump or alternator.
The noise is also present regardless if the A/C is on or off (different belt), in park, neutral or drive.
I have a warranty appointment for Saturday but from what I've read from other owners, my expectations are not high.
Deysha, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Update, I took my car to the dealer today and they were very accommodating. The lead tech was able to hear the noise. Since my noise is still present with the serpentine belt off, the dealer was willing to try replacing the passenger exhaust manifold. However, 4lexC has reported on another forum that this has not resolved his issue.
I’m concerned it’s something in the valve train. I have now noticed that the noise is present whenever the cylinder head temperature (I have a premium model) is in the 160 – 170 deg range, not below or above. It’s very difficult to locate the noise because it happens only for a short time and at an RPM just above idle.
I'm not sure what to do.....

I made a vid of what my squeel sounds like. Sounds pretty legit.

Do you guys also have a CAI and tune? I noticed that it didn't make the noise the other day when I took it to the dealership and I put the stock intake and tune back on. However, it could have been due to the temperature. The dealership even left it over night to start it up cold in the morning which it didn't make the noise.

This noise is almost impossible to locate. My car only makes the noise when it's warming up and most of the time only when the engine speed is slowly increased just above idle and then again as the engine returns to idle. The noise is most prevalent at approximately 1,000 RPM's but if you attempt to keep the engine at 1,000 RPM's the noise stops. I have an automotive stethoscope and am no closer in finding the source of the noise but it seems to be louder on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
No wonder the dealers can't find it. Seems to me that someone at Ford has to know about this issue with so many of use experiencing the it.
