Remaining 2014 pricing....
Hey guys, Don't kill me, but I am not hot on the new 2015's. They just do not do it for me.... I have tried and tried to like them....
anyway...
What kind of deals are you guys getting on the remaining 14's?
I see one being delivered to my local dealership that I really like and the MSRP on it is 38k. The dealer told my wife (who stopped in to ask him about it while I was at work) the price would be 36 out the door....
That seems way high to me for a car that is on its way to being replaced and is probally going to get hit extra hard by depreciation...
I was hoping to get it around 30... I may be unrealistic on my end as well so...
what are you guys paying for them right now?
oh, the car is a DIB GT Premuim 401a with an auto tranny and 19" machined alluminum wheels..
anyway...

It never hurts to try though.

If you go in and talk to them, you'll get it lower. They know what they've got, just make sure they know that you know about the 2015s coming out. I bought my '14 GT/CS with nav with an MSRP of $40k. I paid $32 or 33k I can't remember. They need to come off that car at least $5k, but I bet you could get closer to $8k off. You might have to shop around at dealerships though to get the best deal.

Just got a GT Base model... they had about 6k in rebates. I used them to get out of negative equity so I didn't get too much of a discount, but msrp was about 35k, so it would have been 29k after rebates. Those are here in CA though, so check ford's website and don't forget that they can still negotiate to a lower price... try and get all the rebates off of the invoice price as a starting point. might get you a great deal!

Go to a dealership during the last week of the month. You'll have more leverage in the negotiating process because the dealer and sales staff are trying to meet their monthly sales goals and may be willing to give you a deal.
did a quick search on cars.com in the DFW area... plenty of GT premiums with AT for around $30k.
