you need to turn off the rear o2 sensors, if you are running a catless system. You cant turn off the front ones as those tell the computer to add/subtract fuel depending on o2 levels.

the rears only tell the computer if the cats are working.

Which is what I meant. I thought it was a given that with LT's you have to turn off the rear O2's.

I was wondering if it would be better to save me money to tune it all at once when i have everything on or should I tune individually? Or is it only a CAI that requires a tune? And if possible how much HP would I be looking at after all the mods?

so if you get a tune and have to take it back to factory specs for warranty work is it true that after 3 heat cycles they can't tell it was ever tweaked...

I'm told CAI doesn't void a warranty but a tune will... But if I knew I would be asking...

I have the steeda CAI and I like it a lot. As for the tune pretty much what everyone else said find one that offers free tunes for life so you can get a new tune as you add more mods.

I knew what you meant, I was explaining to 2006redfire6 what you meant.

The only stand alone CAI that I know personally will not affect the warranty is K&N. Ther may be others too.

A tune can/will void the warranty on anything that is affected by the new parameters of the tune, which is mostly just the drivetrain. But they have to show that the tune was the cause of the issue.

Problem with these new cars is that so many systems are linked together that its hard to tell what will be effected until you try it
