Concentric wheel spacers?

Concentric wheel spacers?
Does anyone know if a 3/4" concentric wheel spacer (the ones with the lugs attached) would work on the front hubs of a 2005-2009 GT? Any rubbing/fitment issues with stock 18" wheels? I know they work on the rear.
