Default HELP 07 mustang v6 manual transmission

OK I'm a little confused here maybe someone can help me out, I'm doing a auto to manual swap on my 4.0L , Im missing the bell housing bolts to mount to the engine, i figured I could reuse the auto bolts (#HB1, M10x60mm) but when I went the dealer they told me that manual uses 2 different types of bolts (#HB3,M10x55mm and #HM1, M10x75mm,M10x1.5x75) ones 5mm shorter than the auto and some longer, so I'm confused which one goes where since the parts guy at the Ford dealer couldn't find out for me, has anyone here taken off an manual transmission that can tell me which and how many of each different size bolt I need and where they go. Also I noticed my t5 has 9 bolt holes not including the starter bolts. Please help. Also does anyone know if the v6 pressure plate bolts use a locking washer or is it just the bolt?
