ive heard that it is possible to put 2010+ side mirrors on the 2005-2009 but it takes some modification. but i no verification of it actually being done, just thought if i could get em cheap i would give it a try.

Anyone able to send me instructions for installing these mirrors (auburnmiz2@aol.com)? I can't open the pdf that is attached to this thread. I want to add these to my 2010 mustang. My local dealer wants about $110 for the parts. I did not get a labor quote because I imagine this is easy with directions. Thanks.

109.00 for the parts. 20 bucks to install. I told them to order them. After calling them back telling them its possible they looked again.

My dealer quoted $100 in labor...PER SIDE!!!! After saying "WTF????" he said he could probably get it down to $50 per side. I wanted to say you are still smoking crack? It looks easy to do but I'm still a little leery to give it a shot.

dconfer: if you wait around while they do it can you snap a few pictures or at least observe the swap and let us know how difficult it is? Thanks in advance!

I will try but I dont know if they will let me in the bay when they do it. But I will try. I wonder how long before they get them in. Most of the time when I ordered stuff from they just took a couple of days. So hopefully I can have them done before the weekend.

Went to have these mirrors installed today. Bad news they do not fit into the 10 stangs. The clips on the back of the mirrors do not align up with the 10 stangs. They showed me both mirrors and the clips are not in the same spot. Also the vibration bracket is in the wrong place. Thank god my dealership service is top notch they didnt charge me a thing. I thought I would hade to pay for all stuff but they handed me my key and said sorry we couldnt do it.
