Default 30$ rims - DIY - Black w/ Blue lip

First some pics of the final product.

You can do whatever color for the lip you want or leave it as is and end up with a silver lip, or just spray with no lip at all.

Sorry for crappy cell pics during process.

Acquire supplies:
- 2x Black Wheel Paint
- 2x Clear coat Wheel Paint
- 1x Color of your choice for lip
- Sandpaper
Optionial:
- Primer ( I didnt use any but it would help a lot )
- Friend to help ( highly suggested )

-Jack car up and remove wheels

-Thoroughly wash rims and clean
-Wet sand rims to rough up factory clear coat
-Index card and masking tape off the tire
-Spray color of choice for lip - 3 coats

-Tape off the area you want for your lip
-Spray rims thoroughly - 3 coats

-Remove masking from lip but leave index cards, you may have to just rip it up and re-index card the tire
-Spray clear coat for glossy look/protection - 3 coats (if you want a glossier finish just layer up more)
