That really is a great group of cars.
I think I am going to go with the Borla S, I tried MRT Interceptors (loan from a friend) and they droned pretty bad on the Shelby. But I have to tell you they were pretty bada@@ on the outside.

Alan, I'm not sure if it's apples to apples on a GT500, but my car does not drone. it's very easy to live with and cruise with, and it's loud when you want it to be. I have people coming up to me all the time telling me they love the way my car sounds, I am really pleased with it, too. one of my favorite things about it is the minor pop you can get when you downshift, and and how it sounds when you let it engine decel afterwards - especially in a canyon area, sounds amazing.
Borla runs three levels of loudness - touring being quiet, sport being moderate and attak being all out. I would definitely seek out some gt500 comparisons before deciding though!
