Will 20x11's rear 20x9 front wheels on a 2011?
Im looking at these wheels (shelby cs1 20x9 ET 30 and 20x11 ET 55)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/20X9-20X11-B...ht_4307wt_1163
they say they will fit a 2005+ mustang gt but i havent seen anyone with these or with 20x11's on the rear. Would any mods be needed?

interested to hear the answer too.
I am also curious how 11" wide 55 offset will fit the rear too .. the fronts seem aggressive fit but the rear seems reserved?? being a shelby wheel id hope it would fit right, but I dunno .. if 10.5s fit aggressive with 40-45 offset in the rear .. 55 seems a little conservative? maybe I'm just stupid : )

the seller said "Yes these wheels would work great on your 2011 Mustang GT. The most popular tire set for these wheels would be 255/35/20 front and 295/35/20 rear Nitto Invo tires."
but yea they dont look too light, 11 inch wide is a beast mabe the 20x9's would be lighter and work fine on all 4 corners.
then again 11 inch wide is a bad *** **** rim lol
EDIT* their front and rear suggested tire sizes are 1.1 inch difference in total height according to http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp , this may be too much of a difference, 305 30 20's would only be like .2 inch larger than the 255's so that would be a better fit if they didnt rub.

typical tire+wheel weight for random rims and tires these sizes
20x9 with 255/35 = ~ 66 lbs / 29 kg
20x11 with 305/30 = ~ 73 lbs / 33 kg
just the rims :
Typical Weight
20x9 = ~ 37 lbs / 17 kg
20x11= ~ 45 lbs / 20 kg

Steeda front 9.5" wide 275/35-20, tire and wheel 61lbs, +5lbs more than stock......20x9.5 means 45mm offset
Steeda rear 11" wide 315/35-20, tire and wheel 69.5lbs, +13.5lbs more than stock.......20x11 means 59mm offset
I think these fit great and aren't too heavy but more than stock for sure.
I ended up with:
TSW Interlagos 20"x9.5"-23.5lbs
TSW Interlagos 20"x10.5-24.5lbs
Tires Invos
Front is 275/35x20"
Back is 315/35x20"
Steeda rear 11" wide 315/35-20, tire and wheel 69.5lbs, +13.5lbs more than stock.......20x11 means 59mm offset

I don't think I would ever put 20's on this car unless they 'were' LTW's, that's just too much unsprung weight for a non-FI V6 imho.

yeah I'm not spending nearly 400$ per wheel for some heavy *** cast wheels. they should be lighter then that for what they cost.
too bad, I like the design, pretty unique.
that's the other tough part - finding an affordable light weight wheel that isn't already heavily used on the platform I want to stand out some. tsw's and forgestars are great weight/price but they are pretty common too.

I found a picture with the cs1 wheels on a late model mustang on americanmuscle.com.
its funny how you would find it. search for the nitto invo tires and size 255 35 20, or 295 35 20. it shows the tire with the rim on the mustang.
