Exclamation 2011 Mustang V6 3.7L - need some advice

Hello everyone, i just recently bought a 2011 Mustang V6 3.7L automatic 80,000km. I traded in my 2007 mustang 4.0 and only had to pay 10k on top to own it! Which i found to be a steal for getting such a good resale value on my old one!! This one has a full black roof with a glass + shade. Has a rear view mirror back up camera, tinted windows, 2 sets of wheels, 18" summer and winter 17" bullits wrapped on the wrong 245/45/17 winter tires -.-. So i shopping around to buy 225/60/17 winter tires to replace those soon. In the meantime it seems like it isnt hurting fuel mileage since its using 7L per 100km on highway. Anyways now i have some questions.

(1) i noticed a very faint light squeel coming from the belt area. This is happening all the time even when its cold/hot. What can i do to stop it? It isn't noticeable, but to me it is.

(2) the engine seems to tick a bit when its cold and in drive. Goes away when its warmed up and after a drive. Since I've got a P.C plan with Amsoil i can get their products for cheaper. So I'm planning to use their signature series oil. The oil cap states that it uses 5w20, just wondering if 5w30 is usable on these motors?? Maybe it might stop the ticking since 5w20 is too thin for this motor maybe? Let me know what you guys think

(3) the transmission seems to act a bit funny when coming to a complete stop while driving through 1hr of highway traffic. The front end seems like its ducking down for a split second and disengaging something from the rear-end and then the front end comes back up. This is only happning when coming to a near complete stop. Anyone experience this?? If there was no traffic and i drive the 50km to work it doesnt even appear.

(4) I want to change the rear differential fluid. Is it the same process as the 4.0's rear diff? Remove side pan bolts and then drain it and bolt it all back up and use the fill hole to fill it up? Since it has 80000km now, maybe its time to change it and may help the issue im experiencing as stated in (3), i want to use amsoil severe gear 75w140 + slip lock.

(5) A slight rough idle is also present. But isn't present if i drive the car for longer or if i dont have to go through traffic. I wanted to add a bottle of Amsoil PI Improver in the gas tank and run it through for a tank to see if it'll help but i cant get the fuel shutter to open up using a long neck funnel. Heck it even wont open up using my finger lol.

Any answers and advices are appreciated!!!
Thank you
