408w
AND large injectors

AND
SD???

Wow, let us know how that works...

I was running 30's, but that was pushing the limits...
I will be using 42's when I finish my rebuild...

Are ou going to be using a 'tuner' or will you convert to MAF???

Depends on how much oower you plan on making. With 42lbs injectors 525-540 rwhp is the limit for blown apps. With N/A apps it is a little higher but for N/A it is just an estimate maybe about 30-50 rwhp more. They will support more but, they are working at over 100% which isn't good. Most of your aftermarket DFI set-ups are speed density but, the Factory computers are hard to tune due due to the way Ford did the programming. They hate camshafts!

My first build of my 408w I used 30's. My datalogs showed that the injector 'on times' were well into the 90% range.
This was with a Lighting lower intake, Comp Cams Box Upper, and rather small TW heads...

I'll be using 42's when the rebuild goes together with 195 Canfields and Spyder intake...
