The Windsor mill is lighter than the Cleveland...
I would not overlook that aspect.
Stock for stock, the C is torquier but the W is more user friendly (more availability in parts etc...).
That's why I swapped the C for a stroker W in my 70 Cougar.
I don't regret that one bit, and I prolly shaved 100lbs in the process too.
