393 Windsor in a full weight 4 eye
I just got some news of a 393 Victor jr headed Windsor I built for a friend running pretty hard at the track.
Build:
D6 block decked .015"
Super Vic intake
Hooker super comp headers 2" primary 3.5 inch collector.
950 Pro Systems Carb
Crane custom flat solid camhaft
10.6 to 1 compression
1.7 crane gold rockers
Trick Flow .080" push rods to length for combo
Scat cast crank
H beam scat rods
Probe dished pistons
TKO 600 Face tooth tranny
3.73 rear gear
3" exhaust with X pipe and hooker mufflers dumped at axle.
est. weight 3400 with driver
Car ran 10.64 with a 16.0 60 foot(clutch slipping badly for the first 4 car lengths
shift point 7000 RPM/6000 through traps/ needs 4.30 or better rear gear
MPH was 130 no power adder and no tuning.
There is more in this naturally aspirated street car. I am guessing it will run 133 MPH or more once we get tuning/clutch/gearing figured out.
Everyone is really pleased including me.
Here are some pics of the engine and car on this site. Hope you all like!

Here is a very close clone of a build in my Mustang that i helped a friend in Michigan build basically over the phone. Track results will be soon. Car sounds awsome for a pump gas all motor street car. I know what my car runs, so i am hoping for some great results with this one too.

I have a 22" monitor, and your signature picture doesn't even fit on it.
please re size your picture
also it is a big no-no to try to ask our members to join up on another forum.
nice build though, I hope to build a nasty 408 some day.
