HOW TO HOOKUP STARTER SWITCH OR PUSH START BUTTON
I have a 90 mustang gt and i am putting in a new universal starter switch and I need help on how to wire it up before I go hacking wires and screwing anything up. The switch needs 4 wires to hook up. A starter wire, accessory wire, ignition wire, and a battery+ Wire. The steering colomn is half way takin apart. I actually see one wire to the key selaniod and its black with a /PURPLE line on it. I also see another set of wires that go into the back of the steering wheel and there are three prongs that kinda rub the back of the wheel. There colors are black blue/black yellow/blue are these the wires that I need? If not what are the colors and location? The car is equip with airbags and cruise.
