Default NOTHING HAPPENING, 2002 Mustang

Starter was loose and power side touch ground, sparks flew and now nothing. No power to the dash and nothing when you turn switch to start. battery hot, starter relay new(after short), changed one bad fuse and still nothing. All fuses good.
