Default GT vs. Tuned V6

I have never had a ride in an 05+ GT. I am tuned for 93 octane and C&L CAI. Just wondering, for those of you who have ridden in, or won the GT, is the ride and feeling (accelleration, speed) just insanely better than a tuned up V6 ? I know it's better, but I am just trying to see if people who have been in both feel that it's not so much better that they are dying to upgrade to the GT, or if after riding in one, it's just so superior, you have to get one. Again.... TUNED V6 vs. stock GT.

The only one I've seen at the track was a roush vert and he ran a 14.53. I smoked him on the tree and beat him to the line. But I ran a 15.2. I'd say they got the majority of us beat if were NA.

stock you run low to mid 15s, so well say with a tune, 14.8, a GT runs on average 13.8, 1 sec = aboot 10 cars

they feel more solid and strong like all gts
our cars even if they were tunde to run with gt like sc or turbo etc they would still not feel the same
i rode in a bullit the other day and it runs mid 14s and i run high 14s and it just felt so strong
its hard to explain

Ive been in the gt's and driven them, they definately feel a lot faster.

When i go to the track with the mustang ppl here (2005stang.com) i actually hang really well with them. Until recently most of them werent running 13s, lots of 14s.

the guy that tuned my car (azdynochip.com) has an 05 gt auto with just a tune and exhaust cutouts. I raced him heads up at the track and he ran a 14.53 to my slower 14.56 but i beat him off the R/T to take the win.

you might run mid 14s in a GT but that doesnt mean they are 14 sec. cars.. in reality GTs are mid 13s cars and some people even dig in low 13s with them. so no compare v6 vs GT.
