RE: 3.73's or 4.10's ?
4.1's are gonna be monstrous from a dig and will give you slightly faster accleration, but they will eat up your milage if you drive on the freeway alot. I myself drive freeway maybe once a month at the most so i am going to go with 4.1's. You are going to be shifting alot more with 4.1's also, so if you are worried about that get 3.73's. the 3.73s will be more of a compromise between the stockers and the 4.1's. They will give you better accel with less drawbacks. If you are going for ***** out performance id say 4.1's, but if you just want a little kick in the butt without the drawbacks of the 4.1's id recomend the 3.73's.
EDIT: didnt realize you are auto...so the shifting wont be a problem, just your milage.

Okay so if there's not that big a diff. in gas mileage between
3.73's and 4.10's then obviously I am gonna opt for the 4.10's
But now another question......what's the diff. between the detroit true trac
and the ford racing t-loc?

tlok = clutch packs = wear out
truetrac = no clutch packs = doesnt wear out
you can also put a lot more power through a truetrac
since you have an auto, id just get the tlok, unless you plan on a TC and slicks or somin
