Default Pirelli P-zero VS Yokahama VS Michelin

Still tire shopping, thought I wanted the BFGoodrich G-force's but after hearing from the tire company that they haver VERY poor treadlife I have decided to keep looking. I have Pirelli all-seasons, they are rated at 85,000 miles and lasted 45,000 I currently have 215s, moving up to 235s. Went by today and looked and came up with these 3 options:

Original equipment Pirelli P-zeros. $155 a tire I hope they wear better than the Pirelli all seasons I have on the car. BUT I hvae had very poor traction with the Pirelli all-seasons, would it be better with the P-zeros? They have the sportiest looking tread pattern.

YOKAHAMAs. $177 a tire they are very well rated. I was told they are some of the best tires that they sell. Not very sporty looking like the P-zeros are.

Michelins. $178 a tire, they look nothing like a sport rated tire (but they say they are, forgot what line) I have heard nothing but good about the Michelins, but they will run me $850 out the door after my $100 return from the Pirelli All seasons.

Any opinions would be great. i need info.

Are you interested in any other type of tires, or just the ones you specified? I like Nitto Invo's personally. Great traction even though they dont look very sporty. Michelin also does make good traction wheels though. My friend has some on his 2005 Mustang and he can't seem to break loose even while turning.

I can't speak for the Michelin tires for the S197 Mustang, however, I do have Michelins on 3 of my other vehicles and I had Michelin on my '82 5.0.
They last a loooooong time! The set on my '82 lasted 94K miles!

I have heard many members here using Nittos.

I have the Pirelli P-Zero's on mine, and I cant say anything about the tread wear, I've only had them for about 500 miles, but I can tell you I am not happy with the traction on them. They do not seem to hold down very well, and they seem to start losing friction around half throttle or so.

I have the Pirelli Pzero on my car and this is the third set. I usually can get more than 65,000 miles on them and haven't had any traction issues even in snow storms or rain. They have performed well for me.

I'm on my second set of P Zeros, got about 53k out of the first set. I'm very happy with them as far as traction go, but maybe I don't know better either..

When I upsized to my 17"s I went with a cheap set of tires, they are Pirelli all seasons. I was thinking maybe the P-zeros are better because they are sport tires.

I'm running Yokos (S drive) and they work for me with my spiritual driving, lol.
They seem to last as well...

I don't think I ever heard of an S197 having 215's as OE tires...

My pzero neros only lasted 38K miles, and although I have never done a burnout with them, I have peeled out about 10 times, and have slid around corners alot. I get new tires this week. BFG KDW IIs.
