Creaky passenger rear brake? not bad brakes? squeaks when not in motion?!?!?!
Ok guys i really need some help here. I have an 07 4.0 mustang with 58000 miles. Anybody who is going to claim my problem is the brake pas you are wrong. I cant really explain the noise, but when im parked, or moving slowly with my windows down, i can hear this creaking noise coming from my caliper. the noise moves with my foot as i apply pressure to the brake. It does it when i press down, and it does it when i release the break. is my piston in my caliper able to be greased or is there something i can grease to make this go away without replacing my entire caliper?! thank you!

Try taking the rotors off and check for rust where they contact the hub. I had a creaking noise in the front when applying the brakes and thought it was the calipers but after determining it wasn't I replaced the rotors with new and the noise disappeared.

Creaking Front Brakes
I have a scheduled appointment on April 10 with my mechanic, what seems like creaking front brakes. I'm hoping the findings will not cost to much $$$, but needs fixing, whatever it is. Maybe the lines need flushing and fluid replace???

i think that those calipers are aluminum? cant remember for sure. if so aluminum calipers are prone to creaking from application pressure. i have seen this before on taurus/500 models, and on some GM vehicles. replace the calipers and the noise goes away, thats assuming that your slide pins arent seized up.

The past 9 years, all it had done was pad replacements. Since retiring, 6-1/2 years ago, I'm only putting on 6K miles a year vs normal approx. 30K a year.
It is nice I have new braking power!
