If you read the stickies above Accufab showed the most overall gains. The c&l plenum is the second best plenum next to accufab. I bought my Accufab 75mm for 190 on ebay and my plenum c&l 2 years ago for 155. I look at it as if you spend an extra 100 or less now you get that extra power for as long as you own your vehicle and you know you are getting as much from your motor as possible.

This summer im going to do full intake and exhaust. TB/Plenum, CAI, Catback and midpipe. I was wondering what the benefits are of a 75mm TB over the 70mm. Im kind of torn between the two. 70 is obviously cheaper, but is it worth it to just spend that extra 10-20 bucks? Thanks... ( dont mean to hijack, i just figured it fit in this thread)

no... the 70mm is not obviously cheaper... have you even looked... Accufab prices their 70mm and 75mm the EXACT SAME PRICE... go with the 75mm... if you're going at all, go BIG.

The accufab tb/plenum combos are priced differently and the 70mm combo IS cheaper. Only by about $10, but i take it that 10 dollars is definately worth spending... thanks for the help though everyone. Ill go with 75 for sure. And also - i have looked and most places, the 70mm is cheaper than the 75mm. Just to prove you wrong - Ford 1996-2004 4.6L 2V Throttle Body
Ford Throttle Body 70mm 96-04 F7046 $ 229.99
Ford Throttle Body 75mm 96-04 F7546 $ 235.99
