Default HELP!!! ASAP...Plenum/TB install Gone BAD

Hey guys I just finished installing a ported tb/and plenum on my car and I think i may have pulled the throttle body cable out too far by mistake, cause now I take the car out for a ride and the car doesn't get enough gas, no downshifts or anything. What did I screw up? SOmeone help me out. Any write ups out there on the web for this install.

I checked the connections and i think everything is fine.

I punched if off the line and the car shifted at like 4500rpms outta first gear.

Also, when I'm stopping it downshifts really hard. What the hell did i do?

I had the batt disconnected during install. I just disconnected the battery and will hook it back up in another 30 minutes.

Do you think that it just needs to be driven on for a bit?

the car doesnt get enough gas - how so? does the pedal not go down far enough? are you saying there might be too much slack in it?

you may have stretched the kickdown (you have an automatic I take it)

check the second cable that comes off the throttle, one goes to your gas pedal one goes to the trans. usually there is an ajustment for the one to the trans... the kickdown tells the trans when you are giving it more than 50% throttle or so, to kick down when cruising or to hold it in gear when accelerating

I still think it may be the throttle postition sensor. Sounds like you do not have it on correctly or it needs to be reset. The car does not sound like it is getting the WOT signal to the computer.
