no, but thanks.

Yes i'm near chicago.

Ironicaly, i had a chance to buy a beautiful like 94 T bird with a rebuilt 5.0, rebuilt automatic, new paint, wheels, tires and flowmasters for $3000 but my parents said it was too much car. A few months later they help me get the stang... lol

when you do decide to get the new engine, PM me. I might still be able to get ahold of the bullitt, and you are fairly close. The bullitt is in ST louis.

If your losing regular oil quickly synthetic won't last 1/2 as long.

It sucks... because it runs so good but loves oil as much as the gas

okay as to my question though....

what all has to be done to drop a pi engine into my car? What wires do I have to change and how difficult is it to change things out... If I am gonna put a new engine in my car, it's not going to be another NPI engine....

anyone have a writeup or links to something like this let me know

My car is burning some oil also and I can't figure out where it is coming from. I have no leaks and no smoke coming out of the exhaust. Does your car kind of ting when it is at wot?

nope. Mine runs as if it was new. It screams, does burnouts, chirps the gears and hauls complete a$$... just uses a lot of oil an dI gotta top off that almost more often than my fuel!!!!!!!!

I love the car, it's got every goodie on it and I figure i'd get a beater then save for a PI engine.... just wondering what it takes to make that engine work seamlessly in my car

I've heard that it should bolt right up. The only you have to use is your coil packs. Otherwise..everything will bolt right up. You may want to look into a rebuild on you engine, keeping the npi block using flat top pistons. This way you can get a better compression.

I suppose... agian on a limited budget. This just sucks... I get my dream car and already the engine is ****. I swear for the first 2 or 3 months I had the car it didn't use a drop of oil. Then it realized it was in the hands of a new owner so it goes to shat.

so I use my fuel system and everything... and then just put my ignition coil packs on that block and my plugs/wires and in theory it should work?
