Default Cobra R or Cowl?

I'm in the market for a new hood, I really want something to set it apart visually from the rest. I'm really liking the 3" Cowl's and Cobra R hoods. I was just wondering where some of you guys have gotten your hoods, how much you paid, and what I should expect to pay for paint. Anyone ever had experience buying hoods on eBay? I'm skeptical of them because I'm afraid the way they fit will be an issue so if anyone could tell me what sellers to avoid or consider on eBay that would be great. I'd also like to know what kind of hood you all think would look good on my car. Like I said I'm a big fan of the Cowl hoods and the Cobra R's but I'm just shopping around right now. Thanks guys

personally on verts i prefer the stock hood, i think the big cowl ones make it look awkward with the top down. plus id only get a cowl if i had clearance issues. though if the 3" cowl is what you want, jonbeast got his from carbonware so he should be able to talk about their quality. honestly, if you have to get a new hood, id get the heat extracter in fiberglass. the one for the sn95s is sick looking, its the same type of hood they use on the s281s and 03/04 cobras.

id go with the cobra r hood (2000 style) from cervinis this is the one with the vents on top. its $459 which is the same price for all their hoods. when i get enough money for a hood im gonna go with that one
