If you take off the mufflers it will sound like $hit. Get an O/R Hpipe. It will sound pretty good with your stock catback.

I'm gonna go with the SLP Loudmouth II's because I really like the sound. If your not interested in more HP, just leave the mid-pipe stock and take a look at the SLP Loudmouth I's because I have heard that the Loudmouth I's are pretty loud. Just take a look at some of the websites that your fellow stang members have posted... you can get a pretty good idea from listening to as to what you may like and want on your car. Good luck in your search!

I had my LM1's with a stock midpipe for a while and it sounded mean. Not as good as with my catted x, but it still sounded sick. I would definately recommend them.

i have a bassani catted x pipe on stock headers and stock catback and it makes the car sound a lil more racey. but my plans are to install the bassani headers when i sell my rims, then a borla stinger setup later

As the sig states, catted x with cat back. Not obnoxious, but much better sound. That, and I felt a big difference in power. Stock flows for $&@* compared to anything after market. Look on completeexhaust.com and if you see something you like, call them and let them know you're a member of MF. They give great discounts. I got the x pipe and cat back for $765 shipped. Usually, it's about $1,000.

just changed out to the Magnaflows cat back. It sounds great when you get on it. I did them myself for less than 400
