Default A mustang that I might buy.. can you look at it?

He said that the car has nos on it and he has only used it twice. I probably wouldn't use it at all, but who knows. He is going to be sending me pics of the interior and better pics of the exterior. I believe he said the car has steeda pullies and some ford racing parts under the hood. The car has been for sale for a few months, so I know I can knock that price down.

I drove a 2001 mustang gt convertible yesterday that has 52,000 miles and needs new tires. It has all the power options, but they want $13,800 for it. It was in near perfect condition and drove very nicely. So add on the price that I would pay for exhaust and tires, and I am about what I will pay for the 2002 GT listed above. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't buy a car that had NOS on it just because of the obvious reasons. The guy may say he's only used it twice but I wouldn't believe it. There's sooo many mustangs out there to buy, don't pick one with NOS on it.

And the 01 Cobra vert you posted...I'm thinking that isn't a legit listing. With only 32k miles...I'm pretty sure that car is atleast 5k underpriced. Just be careful and if it is too good to be true it usually is.

its NITROUS, not nos, and only sprayed twice, when you have something that gives you that much power like that thats like telling a fat kid he cant eat a cup cake,

also check with your insurance company on the insureance, you might be surprised, also, ask for recipts, dyno slips, time slips whatever he has, and if its running nitrous with out a tune and its more then a 50 shot i would run,

any car that has been modded you shouldnt consider buying for the obvious reason of.. if you put Nitrous on your car, would you baby it.. and so on. People dont do things to their car for no reason.. they do it to have fun with it.

Ehh... Nice car but the price is way to high. and would never buy a car that has been running nitrous. I will sell you my 2002 with 66k miles for 13,000.....

take your time, don't rush and don't get all worked up. that's how car dealerships make all their money - people making uninformed, rushed decisions on a $15,000 purchase.

Well I called on that cobra and its a salvaged title. Sucks!! Yeah, I won't get rushed a guess. But what do you guys think about the 2001 Convertible that I was originally going to buy? Think its over priced? I know the bank will loan the $13,800 and Im sure i can get it for $13,500.... I just want to find something with decent mileage. I also found these mustangs....
