Default SO fawking pissed!!!!!!!!

ok...i got my steeda pulleys yesterday and im putting em on today. first off....the alternator bolt isnt coming off, im using an impact wrench, i tried wd-40, more impact gun, i tried to heat it with a torch and im getting NOWHERE. to make it worse...the crankshaft dampener bolt is doing the same damn thing, plus its some ****ed up size, so i ended up pounding a socket on it...nogo, tried wd-40, and tried to heat it...not a damn thing, also tried a big breaker bar. nothing...


01 GT 5 spd if that matters...im gonna go curse at it some more...[:@]


oh yea....help me please???

took him like 30 sec gave him $5 and he resisted my trying to buy him a beer

yea i got the 15/16ths part....and i sorta figured it was 18mm....i only had a 19 and a 17....damn cheap tools

i think im just gonna take it to a friends shop...hopefully he can just help me get them off then ill do the rest myself.

i used a LONG breaker bar and " tapped" on that with a BIG brass bar and it broke loose.

well if your talented get a rag or if you don't care about the old alternator pullies get a pipe wrench and turn it one way and use a socket and go the other or just a get a friend to help you the crank i would see why the bolt wouldn't come out but you might be able to put something on the flyweel or spark plug whole to stop the rotation
