Default flowmaster difference

Is there a big difference between flowmasters 40s and the American Thunder...I think im going American Thunder because i cant find 40s....

i just did a dearch for flowmaster 40 series and the first sponsored listing clearly stated free shipping and the 40's are 69 each..... cmon now....

Yeah the American Thunder is an entire catback system. The 40's are just mufflers.

IMO save some money and just get some 40s welded in, its alot cheaper and pretty much the same thing

be sure to weld them straight tho

the guy i got my car from did it himself, and they are leak free solid welds, but one muffler is at a goofy angle so from the back you only see one muffler .. and it scrapes more

the stock exhaust is not equal, it has alot more bends.... a cat back is more free flowing, you get what you pay for....

when I do any more major teardown work on my car, i'm totally going with a LM CATBACK so it doesn' t look all ghettoed
