'00 GT vs. '99 Z28

'00 GT vs. '99 Z28
alright, my friend andrew has this 1999 (i think) Z28 with a 350 and a six speed. He claims he can get 0 - 60 in 5.2, which is very likely. all he has done to it is put straight pipes on his exhaust. he says he only has about 310 hp too.
i have a 2000 GT with a 5 spd and 0-60 is 5.4 bc i did it saturday. all i've done to it is flowmaster exhaust (40 series), and a K&N (with no air silencer). the z28 could probably beat me but how close of a race could it be?? i mean i want to race him to see what my car can really do but how bad of a loss am i looking at?
