if you get traction and power brake the car right... it will hit it.. high 13's though.

14.32 @96.53 was my best stock time, 14.1 was with just a catback and intake. Then the 4.10's and x put me at a high 13.5.

intake and catback is a max of like 7-9hp.

I ran a 13.6 with the mods in my sig, minus the tires, and gears and nitrous.

when i was n/a my best to date was in the mid 13's... my best to date spinning down the track part of the way now is a 12.6.

4:10's and DR's WILL get u a high 13 slip...these two alone is worth .4-.5 sec red. in the 1/4 mile and thats from personal experience.
