I'm so happy that it is only gonna be $260. When i went to see about getting my gears replaced they wanted $600!! Different place, but still, i thought that was crazy, thank God a friend of mine did it for $200!

it's all about being patient and finding a good place with a good price. I know a few techs at my work that will help me out for cheap

well duh... dude I got an o/r H sitting in my 'garage' waiting to go in my car. I need MIL elimiators, 4 bolts and an afternoon to install it.

260 seems like the right price if you dont have lt's. Thats the price I was going to pay but since I had lont tubes it was going to be a lot more.

why do lt's get in the way?

the go back past where the tranny and the motor connect and just tuck to close to the tranny for the tranny to drop out. Kooks and hookers LT's are the one two that allow the tranny to drop without unbolting the headers.

you have to unbolt the right header and kinda wiggle or loosen the left to get in there.
