hello i just bought a mustang 04 GT a month ago and i have a lil problem

see my driver side window will not go down for some reason... when i push the down button it makes this "cliking" sound.
but it will not go down...see this same problem happened to me about a week ago but then a few hours later it started to work fine... does anybody know what this is? thank u everyone.

does the window itself click or is it more of a faint click

when i push it it click down there near the fuse box under the dash. its right when i push it it makes a lil click sound.

sounds like a relay problem. So you get NO action out of the window itself or the motor? Just a click elsewhere?

An '04? Did you exceed the mileage part of the warranty? Just take it in. I had a window that didn't work, and they fixed it.

nope just that clicking sound. i dont know why the hell its doin it. there is no action anywhere.

take it in if you are within the milage of a warranty

If you not within the mileage thing, Take the door apart and it is more then likely the one touch window relay resting on the door. Happened to me about a month ago. Its an easy fix about 40 bucks from the dealer if i remember correctly.

that happend to me a couple of times a few months ago, but the windows wouldnt go up! they eventually did after about 30 min and i was scared to roll my windows down for a while but it hasnt done it anymore so i think im good.

same problem happend to me. i thought it was the relay so i replaced it. well it wasn't the relay it was the motor so i'm out 50 bucks since i can't return electrical parts so ford. bitches
