yeah... you will notice a significant difference with 4.10's, and 4.30's are also some good gears I hear!
Yeah, if he wants to keep the wheels OFF the ground!

you rear is practically bullitproof, that shouldn't be a concern. If your gonna be drag racing in a 5sp GT on stock size tires, 4.10's outta be the max gear for you. If I had 4.30's in my GT I'd be redlining before I cross the line. 4.30's on a mach1 are great because the 5sp cars don't redline until 6800rpm

4.30s are way to much for a 5spd GT. In fourth gear at 6000 RPM you would be doing 106 MPH. At 3000 RPM you would only be doing 80 in 5th. Not to mention good luck hooking up with anything short of slicks. Drag radials arn't gonna hook up well with this high of gear.

If your car is a daily driver or is on the street alot, I still don't recommend anything but 3.73s, espically if you are planning on quite a few mods down the road. 4.10s if your in an auto or plan on doing nothing to the car but gears.

ok, u said mid to high 13.s, this car can run 13.1's depending on the driver, i would think even a really ****ty driver would run low to mid 13.s with 4.10's and tires
