i was wondering wich i would have more fun with on my 99 stang gt auto convertible? wich will do better for me in the 1/4 mile? i was thinking the gears would. how much more does a 4.10 gear give you in a quarter mile? maybe a half sec? i dunno, but if you know the difference let me know. i think my stock gears are 2:73 since it is auto because i know the manuals are usually geared lower correct? thanks

Youll definitly get more from the gear than you would from the H-pipe.

I thought the stock gearing was 3.27? The gear with help by about 2 maybe 3 tenths.

they are a stock gear but they are an option if i'm not mistaken

have a look on the diff cover, there will be a little tab about the size of a fortune cookie note. It will have some numbers on it, and in one place it will say


(# X ##) mine says 3 L 2 7 which means i have 3.27s and the L is for limited slip
