Well I am finally putting together my nitrous set up, and I have one last question about timing. I have an sct xcal2 tuner with a 93 octane tune on it, what should I bump the timing down to with a 100 shot?? Or do you guys just think I should go back to the stock tune and wait to get a real dyno tune from a dyno shop??

what is your timing at now? you should set it around 18 degress

18? the reccomended max is 14 stock is 10 i would think you would retard it back to stock timing so you dont risk a deadly pre detination

Thats what I was thinking man. I'm contemplating just ditching the tuner until I get a flip switch with two professional tunes from a good shop. Anyone else have any ideas??

my car is tuned at 26 degress now and when i spray a 150 shot i retard it to 18 degress!! so if its tuned right thats what it should be!!
