Save your money on the Accufab and go with FRPP or Trick Flow. Recent testing shows that Accufab will net you about 1 or 2 more hp for $100 more on the price tag. You could use that money to buy underdrives or gears.

Md, you are the shiznit! When you mean polished on the outside, do you mean chrome the outside? Sorry I know damn noobs. Still a little hung over over here. Send me an email (if you can) with your info. jon.straszewski@bankcardusa.com I know, I know, my last name is f'd up. I didn't learn how to spell it till I was like 18. LoL Thanks alot Can you give me details on the heads? not alot
Not not chrome, thats a coating. Polishing simply removes any imperfections and smooths the metal to the texture of... say... the paint on your car. Super smooth for a brilliant shine. Here are some pics of the work on mine, keep in mind I didn't polish long and coulda looked alot better with a little more time:

Also can you port out the trickflow plenium. I know it's not an accufab.[&o]
I wouldn't port it, as its been designed for max flow - I would polish it though definately.

or port your stock unit, then it will flow better than most aftermarket units - it is a good design
