They made the change mid-01... so some of the 01's will look like 99-00, and some will look like 02-04.

The build date was 11/00,i think thats why there isnt a scoop on the hood(will be real soon).I've attached pics of the mileage,dirty engine pics,and white door jam label.
In the spring the car will sport some 03 cobra wheels a saleen s281 rear wing,steeda lowering springs and a sweet sounding exhaust.

yea the change was made sometime in early 01 because i have the scoops and my build date is 03/01

Are you shure, im honostly asking becasue i thought that all 2001 mustang GT's came with a factory hood scoop. And only half way through the year did they make the changes with the block and tranny.
They made the change mid-01... so some of the 01's will look like 99-00, and some will look like 02-04.
some early 2001 cars did not have the scoop and they had a t-45 tranny
