Default shift kit any good?

got a 02 stang gt, auto...slp 330hp performance pac(long tubes, hi flow cat, cat back exhaust,pullys,180stat,tuner with custom tune from slp) also have cold air intake with larger tb and manifold, and 410 gears ... would a shift kit do anyhting for me or is it just a waste of money? on mydiablo sport predator tuner there is a category on there that lets me adjust my shift firmnss, so i just turn it up sum with the tuner or get the shift kit? or both? thanks in advance!

Start by moving the shift firmness all the way up and feel it... then imagine that shift except stronger with a shift kit. If the tuner's firmness adjustment is enough for you then you won't need the shift kit BUT if you do get the shift kit, return the firmness on the tuner back to normal.

what's the difference between "AOD" and "AODE"... I'm confused and I have a 2001 mustang GT auto, so which one is it?

thats 330 fwhp . there's an article in 5.0 & SF . they tested it on stock 02gt ( except for 4.10's ) . end result was 35rwhp increase , torque was increased by 38 rwhp . after peformance pac = 254hp/282tq at the wheels which is 292fwhp w/ 15% drivetrain loss . they used a dynapack direct-to-hub dyno & SLP uses a superflow roller dyno . the 4.10's will lower your numbers alittle on the dyno too .
