well, depending on if you get the parts used, or new, and whether you do it yourself or pay someone. anywhere from $800 - $3,000

I did a PI Swap

PI Swap and Gear, you'll be happy, and yes, I know, I don't have a gear already, and I know he's looking for "hp", but a gear will make your butt feel happy, hehe

In my opinion... You should do full exhaust... make that mustang sound mean as hell. plus you will get a little hp gain... most likely around 10-20hp if you do headers/midpipe.

ummm, how so? I'm a vert auto with a slippin trans. With the PI Swap, Chip (not professionally tuned), and h pipe it took off .8 off the 1/4 mile. I ran a constant 15.2/15.3 before hand. Once I get it professionally tuned, and get a new trans, I'll be running better. But I'm actually very happy with the results. What, you think a PI Swap is gonna give 2 sec in the 1/4?

I would go full exhaust first IMO so I vote headers. The CAI will do next to nothing.(Nice car BTW)

I actually am taking a different route and getting my NONPI heads ported and polished and keeping them. I want to be different of course.

Did I say that? No

I'm not trying to be mean, but you can get a nonPI to run mid 14s. I would expect a PI swapped GT to run low 14s to high 13s. But like you said, you have a vert auto. Once you get everything tuned and the trans going, you should get some better times. Good luck man, make us SN's proud
